We need Brayton Library Volunteers! Sign up here to help!

Great Opportunity to VOLUNTEER at Brayton!!!

The Brayton Library is looking for volunteers to help check in books,  shelve returned books and check out new material.  Library Duty is a wonderful way to get a sneak peak inside the school all while helping our beloved library teacher, Ms. Kaczynski.
Things to consider:
  • In an effort to minimize distractions during library class instruction, we will not assign you a volunteer spot during your child’s assigned Library Time as this opportunity is meant to assist Ms. Kaczynski with library operations.
  • There will be two 16-week Library Duty sessions (Session 1 begins 9/26/22. Session 2 begins 1/23/23.) We will need 8 volunteers for each of those sessions.
  • IF you are chosen, you will be assigned a Day & Time based on your questionnaire feedback. Please make every effort to attend your sessions.  Dedicated volunteers help the library run more smoothly!
  • Training will be held on Thursday, Sept 22nd at 2pm and Friday  Sept 23rd at 8:15am.  Please indicate which training session you will attend.
  • Selected volunteers will be emailed prior to Training to advise/confirm your assignment.  If you do not hear from us, you can feel free to try again next year!
