Roll up! Roll up! ‘Brayton’s Got Talent’ The Variety Show 2020 needs YOU!!

Act Registration

Calling students from ALL GRADES who would like to to showcase their talents in a 2-minute performance on stage in the Brayton gym – Friday, February 7th at 7:00pm. Sing, dance, tumble, act…whatever makes you shine! Get your acts together and register now! Numbers are limited to 30 Acts, so get in quick so you don’t miss out. And don’t be shy – especially first and second graders! If you’re not ready to get on stage on your own this year, gather a fun group of friends together and show us your best moves.

Registration is now closed.

Please contact Becky Muston if you would like to have your act added to the waitlist.

5th Grade Emcees and Stage Crew

5th Graders, it’s your turn to run the Variety Show! Fancy yourself as a stand up comedian or circus ringmaster? Love the microphone? Sign up to be an Emcee (Master of Ceremonies). Or run the show backstage and help performers with props, curtains, mics and lights by signing up to be in our Stage Crew.

Emcee and Stage Crew sign up sheets are posted in 5th Grade Classrooms and will remain there until Monday, December 2nd. This year we are looking for a total of 15 Emcees to host the show. Auditions for Emcees will take place during recess on Wednesday and Thursday 4 and 5 December.(NB: If you’re an Emcee or Stage Crew, you cannot perform in an Act as well. Emcees audition results will be posted on Monday, December 9).

Volunteers

Our 5th Graders run this show, with a little help from Moms, Dads and older siblings. There are lots of fun ways for adult volunteers to get involved and it’s an easy and fun way for 8th Graders to clock-up some Community Service hours! Click here and Sign Up Now! !
