Get Fingerprinted!

Get yourself fingerprinted to chaperone field trips and more!
Valid through your child’s high school graduation!

Anyone person who is alone with students without a district staff member present, must be fingerprinted In addition to allowing elementary parents to chaperone field trips and assist or run after school programs, there are more opportunities in middle and high school where parent volunteers are needed and must be fingerprinted (7th grade Bronx Zoo, music trips, Quiz Bowl, etc.).   A mobile unit is expected to come to Summit in February or March, but in the meantime parents can start the process online and finish LiveScan fingerprinting in Cranford or Parsippany.  Click here for details.  Questions, please call Valerie Bampe, Office of Human Resources at (908) 918-2100, ext. 3208 or email her.
